Sparkly Aliens Inc. respects your privacy. You control what you share, and you do not need to disclose a diagnosis, sexuality or gender identity to contact us.
What we collect
We collect only what we need to respond to your enquiry or expression of interest, for example your preferred name, contact details, the nature of your enquiry, and (for volunteers) professional information you choose to provide.
Please do not submit plans, clinical reports or identity documents through our website forms. Where documents are needed, we will arrange a safer pathway.

We do not sell your information. We use informed consent before sharing information, and we restrict access to identity and sensitive information.
Identity-safe handling
We do not disclose a person's identity, trans status or sexuality, and we do not include sensitive identity information in routine communications without need. We will ask whether a voicemail is safe and what name and wording can appear in messages to you.
How we protect it
Website form submissions are transmitted securely. Access to submissions is restricted to the people who need it. We define retention periods and securely delete or return records when they are no longer required.
Your choices
