Your feedback helps us do better. You can tell us what worked, what did not, or raise a concern. You will not be treated differently for speaking up.
How to reach us
Email taija@sparklyaliens.com. Tell us what happened, what you would like to see, and the way you would prefer us to respond. You can ask a support person to help, and you can give feedback anonymously, though that may limit how we can respond to you directly.
What happens next

- we tell you what we have done or plan to do
- we use what we learn to improve

If you are not satisfied
If we cannot resolve your complaint, you can escalate it to the relevant external body. For privacy concerns, you may contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner.
